Good Morning From Beets
To be truthful beets aren't in my list of favorite. I don't like the smell and the taste it leaves in your throat after having consume it. But because they have so many source of fiber, iron, potassium and many other. I am left of with no option other than to have it.
They are indeed a healthy drink for your morning schedule. And to make the beetroot consumption easier I try to give a little bit twist to its taste. In a glass full of juice extracted from beetroots I always add some slices of lemon and a half teaspoon of lemon juice. They give some sour taste to the beets. To enhance the flavor I added pinch of rock salt, few mint leaves and of-course little bit of grated carrot (around a table spoon) and crushed mints leaves. Mints and carrot depends of the persons taste preference. But I love to have mint leaves in almost every recipes. And even they have health benefits
Ingredients
Beetroot juice 1 glass
Lemon 2-3 slices
Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon
Rock salt Pinch (as per preference)
Mint leaves 1-2 teaspoon (crushed)
Carrot 1-2 tablespoon (finely grated, optional)

Although I do not prefer beetroots it helps me up to be active whole day. Makes your way to healthy and active life.
