Answering Doughnuts Calls



 Healthy or tasty? Which one would you choose?

Get ready for these mouth watering doughnuts which are not just tasty but healthy too. My parents are not a quite fan of all purpose flour and sugary products. So I didn't use all purpose flour to make doughnuts this time.I used whatever the ingredients I found in the kitchen. I tried to make this one just for them and they turned out beautifully awesome. We are vegetarians so these are egg less doughnuts without using sugar. They are easy to digest doughnuts ready to dip in your tea.

Its made with my mothers all time favorite wheat flour. And to give sweetness to them I used 2 ripe bananas mashed properly removing any lumps. 1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence, yeast, little bit of salt and coconut milk, coconut oil all mixed with love in a smooth dough. And with rest of few hours comes out fluffy dough shaped, cut and fried or baked, ready to serve and enjoy hot.

Ingredients
Bananas 2 (mashed)
Wheat flour 2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Coconut oil 3 tablespoon
Oil to fry


My parents loved those. And my mother was so happy that I made these with all the ingredients that were almost going to waste. Using her favorite ingredients and without any further expenses. A homemade doughnuts with lots of love and care.

Just swap away some typical ingredients and give your kids and yourself a new taste and healthier life.
