Mango Smoothie With Mint And Chia




Well, who doesn't like mango? No one can ignore that delicacy, The sweet and tangy flavor and for this mango season I tried making some fresh recipe and experiments.



I added one medium sized diced mango, 2-3 tbsp of grated coconut, 2 tbsp of jaggery (adjust amount with the sweetness of mangoes and your taste. Mangoes I used were sweet so I used 2 tbsp to adjust its taste/sweetness), 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, 1 tsp of black pepper powder( you can increase it to 2 tsp, if you like smoothie hot) in a blender in smooth paste. Then added few mint leaves and blend them again for one to two stroke, just crushing leaves but not making fine paste. And lastly added soaked chia seeds. Chia seeds are optional, you can enjoy smoothie without chia seeds too. And lastly serve them with little garnishing of mint, almond and some chopped mangoes.

I personally loved this drink. It has all my favorite ingredients and and my personal taste 😄 sometimes tangy, sometime sweet and a little hot. It has mixture of different flavors and is even healthy. Do try it for yourself with your personal favorite ingredients and tell me how it went.
